This is calming, fun, and just a bit mysterious. The variety is great, and part of the appeal is not knowing what you are creating until the image emerges. Looking at a finished page without the numbers, I would have a hard time guessing the subject before coloring it. Watching subtle shifts in color take shape is surprisingly satisfying.

Love this book!! Designs are so interesting and detailed. Artist provides a list of various brand markers/pencils to match the color codes. I enjoy coloring each day to relax and this book does the trick. Will for sure continue to support this artist as new books are released.
The first two pics turned out great. I like the size of the grid and the numbers/letters are large but grey. The legend on the left lists only the colors needed for that pic. Also, the numbers for each color stays consistent. Plus, you get a lot of pages to color. There are black and white thumbnail sized answers in the back if you want to peek.
I broke my ankle a few months ago. This was one of the activities I chose to pass the time while I was house bound. I love not knowing what I am coloring until I have some colored. I finished the whole book in 12 weeks. I would definitely recommend this coloring book. I used sharpies. I would advise using a protecting page between pictures if you are going to color in the book.
This is a fun new way to color by number (letter)...when you're done you get a nice surprise picture. I really enjoyed doing it and am also pleased with the "free" extra pages I was able to to download!
